China Standards Certification Center (CSC) is an independent part of the Chinese standardisation organsiation. CSC runs an international quality certification center för lighting equipment - the Efficient Lighting Initiative (ELI). Nils Borg worked with information dissemination and financing in relation to the foundation of ELI.
