The Swedish Environmental Management Council
The Swedish Environmental Management Council is owned by the Ministry of Environment, Swedish industry and the Swedish municipalities and is alsocontracted to manage and administer a tool for GPP (the former EKU tool). NilsBorg has assisted the Environmental Management Council in developingprocurement criteria and Borg & Co has conducted some of the Swedish Environmental management Council's training in energy efficient public procurement.
