International study of public procurement, with proposals for policies and requirements for standards.
Borg & Co had overall responsibility for the big SAVE study PROST (Public Procurement of Energy Efficient Technologies). The project involved eight partnersfrom Europe and the United States and lasted for two years. It included, among other things. a report (country studies) in energy efficient public procurement from 18 different countries, a synthesis of reports and proposals for policies andrequirement standards for the procurement of energy efficient products and buildings.
