SEAD Awards
Borg & Co is the SEAD (Super-Efficient Equipment and Deployment) project manager coordinating and distributing prizes for the most energy efficient motor, television, and lighting products in Europe and other regions.
Nils Borg and Ylva Blume coordinated and provided expert advise for the ceremonies in these product categories. In addition to project management, Borg & Co produced the press and background material for the Berlin 2012 and 2013, and Zürich 2014 ceremonies. Borg & Co also organised the 2015 SEAD regional lighting and TV award ceremonies.
SEAD is a voluntary collaboration among governments working to promote the manufacture, purchase, and use of energy-efficient appliances, lighting, and equipment worldwide. SEAD is an initiative under the Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM) and a task of the International Partnership for Energy Efficiency Cooperation (IPEEC).
