Evaluation of the Swedish allocation plan for emission allowances.
On behalf of the Dutch consultancy company Ecofys (main client was the British government) Borg & Co made an evaluation of the Swedish allocation plan foremission allowances (National Allocation Plan). The evaluation included a summary and analysis of a number of key issues for comparisons with other countries' plans.
